Those queens are quite small, specimen I would say Lovely colony there

12th June 2015 There are now lots of pupae in the nest, also I fed the colony a cut-up meal worm for the first time this evening and it went down very well. That's good to hear, trueviper.

You could let them go, or if you have males and females they might mate inside the outworld as myrmica mate on the ground

I'll buy a new nest for them in a few weeks, size 30-40cmx20cmx10cm.
